The Journal of Studies and Learning Development, a scholarly publication of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University, began its quarterly publication in 2025 (1404 AH). The journal is dedicated to exploring and publishing articles across all disciplines within the fields of education and learning.

The journal commenced its operations in accordance with the approval granted by the Office of Policy and Planning for Research Affairs at the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT), as stipulated in letter No. 361440, dated March 14, 2024 (1402/12/23).

The journal invites the submission of high-quality qualitative and quantitative research from scholars and faculty members. Manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and accepted articles are published upon reaching the required standards. Committed to the highest standards of publication ethics, the Journal of Studies and Learning Development adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and strictly follows the executive regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works.
