Dr. Seyed Rasoul Emadi, Associate Professor of Educational Technology and a faculty member of Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University, is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Learning Studies and Development and has written many articles and books in the field of educational technology. He is currently the president of the fourth term of the Iranian Educational Technology Association. It should be noted that he was the founder and founder of the Iranian Educational Technology Association and the president of the first term of the association. Professor Reza Ebrahimpour obtained his Ph.D. degree in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience from the SCS, IPM, Tehran, Iran on July 2007. He joined the Department of Computer Engineering at Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University in 2007 as an Assistant Professor. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2011 and to Professor in 2016. Professor Ebrahimpour has been the Deputy of Education at the SCS, IPM since 2011. In September 2022, he moved to the Sharif University of Technology, and has establieshed the Sharif University Cognitive Neuroscince laboratory. Currently, he is the head of Cognitive Science group at the Institute for Convergence Science & Technology.

Dr. Khosrow Bagheri is one of the most prominent figures in the philosophy of education in Iran. After studying psychology, he followed a fruitful scientific path, focusing on religious, philosophical, and educational studies. He completed his PhD in Australia in the field of philosophy of psychology and, after returning, continued his scientific and educational activities as a full professor at the University of Tehran.
